Once scrap materials have been inspected, accepted, and collected, they cannot be returned. Scrap materials are processed, recycled, or resold, making returns impractical.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided after payment has been completed and the scrap materials have been collected. All payments are final once the transaction is agreed upon by both parties.

Exceptions

If a scheduled pickup or service is canceled before inspection and collection, no charges will apply. Once inspection and collection have taken place, cancellation is no longer possible.
